• Board approved allotment of 12,50,000 Equity Shares of face value ₹1 each at an issue price of ₹600/- per share, aggregating to ₹75,00,00,000/- • Allotment made on a preferential basis to two allottees: Nikhil Kumar and Mohib Nomanbhai Khericha • Post-allotment, Nikhil Kumar's holding increased to 8.47% and Mohib Nomanbhai Khericha's holding to 0.20% • The equity shares allotted rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company
