• Board approves appointment of Mr. Vipin Balan as Head - Projects, effective 21 September 2026. • Company sells 2,600 shares each in Clean Max Kyuu Private Limited to Strata Geosystems (India) Private Limited and Clean Max Roku Private Limited to Goodluck India Limited. • 2,600 equity shares in Clean Max Ilgohp Private Limited are sold to Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited at revised terms. • All transactions are at INR 26,000 for each sale of 2,600 shares, representing 26% of paid-up share capital. • Buyers are not associated with the promoter group or group companies.
