GK ENERGY LIMITED : WINS 150 MW BESS ORDER WORTH RS 42.84 CR FROM MSEDCL

• GK Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for setting up of 150 MW / 300 MWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems ("BESS") in Maharashtra with VGF support. • The project is to be commissioned within 18 months from the date of signing the Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement (BESPA). • The broad consideration or size of the order/contract is a tariff of ₹2,38,000 per MW per month, resulting in a yearly revenue of ₹42.84 Crores excluding GST for a period of 15 years from the date of commencement of commercial operations.
