• Anlon Healthcare Limited will acquire 44.94% of Apiqo Organics Private Limited and 47.41% of Bizotic Lifescience Private Limited via a proposed share swap. • The floor price for the preferential issue has been set at Rs.17.85 per equity share. • A valuation report dated September 1, 2026, determined the fair value of equity shares at Rs.17.85 per share.
