• The Investment and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, the Investment Manager ('IM') to Interise Trust ('Trust'), has approved availing debt up to Rs. 2,500 crores by way of issuance of debt securities including Non Convertible Debenture(s) / Commercial Paper(s), as appropriate, in one or more tranches.
