PACE DIGITEK WINS RS 488.46 CR ORDER

• Material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, received Letter of Award from NTPC GE Power Services Private Limited. • Award is for supply, delivery, testing, and supervision of erection, testing & commissioning of 5.015 MWh BESS Containers with BMS and EMS. • Contract includes Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for 12 years. • Total consideration is Rs. 4,884.61 Million (inclusive of taxes). • Order to be completed by December 31, 2026.
