• Kaimneni Hospitals Private Limited proposes to acquire 52,25,161 equity shares (9.30%) of Oil Country Tubular Limited from United Steel Allied Industries Private Limited. • The proposed acquisition price is ₹60.00 per equity share, for a total transaction value of ₹31.35 Cr. • The rationale for the transfer is to settle an outstanding debt of ₹36.30 Cr owed by the seller to the buyer. • The shareholding of Kaimneni Hospitals Private Limited in Oil Country Tubular Limited will increase from nil to 9.30% post-transaction.
