• Atal Realty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has become a partner in Arika Lifespaces LLP. • The incorporation is effective from September 19, 2026. • The LLP will carry on the business of contractors, builders, infrastructure developers, estate developers and other ancillary activities. • Total capital contribution of Arika Lifespaces LLP is ₹5,00,000, with Atal Realty's contribution being ₹1,50,000 (30%). • The LLP is a related party due to Atal Realty Limited being a partner. • None of the promoters, directors, or KMPs of the listed company have interest, except through their shareholding/directorship in the listed entity/subsidiary.
