• Ather Energy Limited announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Hong Kong. • The WOS, named "Ather Energy Hong Kong Limited", was incorporated on September 21, 2026. • The incorporation supports critical procurement functions and enhances supply chain resilience in the APAC region. • The WOS is incorporated with a primary objective to support procurement and supply chain resilience. • Subscription of 16,50,000 Ordinary shares at HKD 1 per share, totaling HKD 16,50,000.
