KSHITIJ POLYLINE LTD RAISED RS 18.48 CR FUNDS THROUGH RIGHTS ISSUE TO REPAY BORROWINGS.
• Funds raised through rights issue of 5,98,86,887 equity shares at ₹3.17 per share have been utilized. • An amount of ₹18,48,41,000 has been utilized towards repayment and/or prepayment of certain borrowings. • This is in accordance with the objects of the Rights Issue as specified in the Letter of Offer dated August 20, 2026.
