• Memorandum of Understanding signed for the sale of an entire residential tower at Embassy Terazza, Juhu. • Buyer is Mr. Dinesh Thakkar, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Angel One Limited. • Transaction value of approximately ₹711 crore. • The deal is described as India's largest single residential unit transaction. • The tower comprises a G+7 storey building with a RERA carpet area of 63,000 sq. ft.
