PURAVANKARA : ENTERS DELHI-NCR AND SECURES LAND PARCEL WORTH OVER RS 5200 CR

• Puravankara Limited has entered the Delhi-NCR real estate market through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development Limited • Acquired a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida with a saleable potential of ~4.57 million sq. ft. • The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹5,200 crore • This is Puravankara's maiden entry into Delhi-NCR and its largest land transaction in FY27 so far • The company's total business development across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru spans ~10.74 million sq. ft. with an estimated GDV of ₹14,100 crore
