PC JEWELLER LIMITED RAISED RS 10 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ ₹18/SHARE
• 74,07,500 equity shares allotted to Shri Balram Garg upon conversion of fully convertible warrants. • Conversion is at an issue price of ₹18 per warrant, including a premium of ₹17 per share. • The newly allotted equity shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
