• The trading window for dealing in units of Roadstar Infra Investment Trust will be closed for Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. • The closure will be effective from October 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. • Designated Persons and Insiders are directed not to trade in the Trust's securities during this period.
