OPTIEMUS INFRACOM : FORMS JV WITH NOTHING ELECTRONICS FOR CMF PRODUCT COMMERCIALIZATION

• Optiemus Infracom Limited has entered into a binding term sheet with Nothing Electronics Private Limited for the formation of a Joint Venture (JV) company. • The JV aims to commercialize and sell CMF products, including mobile phones and their sub-assemblies/components. • Subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent and definitive agreements, Optiemus will initially acquire 51.1% of the equity share capital of the proposed JV Company. • The company's Board of Directors approved this expansion of partnership on September 22, 2026.
