BOROSIL SCIENTIFIC : EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY AT BHARUCH

• Board approved proposal to expand production capacity by setting up an additional manufacturing facility in Bharuch, Gujarat. • Existing capacity ~15 lakh units per annum; proposed expansion to ~108 lakh units per annum. • Estimated capital expenditure of ₹60 crores. • Mode of financing: Internal accruals and/or borrowings. • Commercial production expected by March 2027. • Rationale: cater to increasing demand from Borosil Limited (BL) and utilize manufacturing capacity efficiently.
