• Board approved issuance of "Unlisted, Unrated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures" ("NCDs") on private placement basis. • Aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.100,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Crores only) for a period of one year. • Approved issuance of "NCDs" under Series "A" having face value of INR 10,000 each, aggregating to INR 5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crores Only). • Appointed Catalyst Trusteeship Limited as the Debenture Trustee. • Mr. Jitendar Prasad appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from September 22, 2026.
