TEAMLEASE SERVICES : COMPLETES EXIT FROM CRYSTAL HR
• Crystal HR completed buyback of 1,200 equity shares from TeamLease; shares accepted and extinguished effective September 21, 2026. • TeamLease's shareholding in Crystal HR now stands at NIL, and Crystal HR ceases to be a joint venture. • This marks the completion of TeamLease's exit from the joint venture company.
