• Board approved the appointment of Mr. Aashish Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 15, 2027. • Mr. Karan Bhagat will continue as Managing Director until July 26, 2030, and has also been appointed as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, effective February 15, 2027. • This appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
