• The voluntary winding-up process of Vishnu International Trading FZE, UAE, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, is still underway. • Completion of the winding-up process has taken longer than originally anticipated due to administrative, procedural, and external factors. • The Company now expects the process to be completed within a further period of approximately six months. Impact: Delay in subsidiary closure.
