• Time Square Investments Private Limited (TSIPL), a promoter, acquired more than 20% of equity shares of Dhanashree Investments Private Limited (DIPL) and Ultra Investments and Leasing Company Private Limited (UILCPL). • DIPL and UILCPL hold 9831 and 1675 equity shares respectively in Ponni Sugars. • DIPL and UILCPL will be included as part of the Promoter Group in the next shareholding pattern submission.
