• Board approved the issue of up to 5,000,013 equity shares and up to 2,407,223 warrants. • Funds will be utilized for the company's lending and financing activities. • Issue price for equity shares and warrants set at ₹135 each (including premium of ₹125). • Preferential issue is subject to approval of members and stock exchanges.
