• Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani re-appointed Chairman and Managing Director for a period of 3 years with effect from February 25, 2027, up to February 24, 2030. • Remuneration fixed at ₹5,00,000 per month. • Mr. Bhimjyani has been the Managing Director since February 24, 2019 and has over two decades of experience in real estate development and warehousing businesses. • Approved material related party transaction with Mr. Vishnu Singh, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
