BROOKFIELD INDIA REIT ACQUIRES OFFICE UNITS

• Kairos Properties Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of Brookfield India REIT, signed an agreement for sale for condo units. • Units 501 to 503 and 601 to 604 are located on the 5th and 6th floors in the Delphi building (Wing C) in Downtown Powai, Mumbai. • Total cash consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 752 million (~₹75.2 Cr). • Following the acquisition, Kairos' ownership in Delphi building (Wing A, B, and C) will increase from 80% to 86% on a gross leased area basis. • The acquisition is expected to be completed within Q3 FY2027.
