• Board of Directors approved issue of 6,55,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at Rs. 190.37 per share to Katra Holding Private Limited. • Total issue size is Rs. 12.47 Cr. • Shares to be issued on a preferential basis, partially adjusting existing unsecured loan. • Post-issue shareholding of Katra Holding will be 9.41% actual / 8.89% diluted. • Issue is in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
