LEMON TREE HOTELS : SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT ADVANCES

• National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) have issued observation letters with no objection • The letters are in relation to the draft Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Lemon Tree Hotels and other entities • The validity of the observation letters is six months, within which the scheme must be submitted to NCLT • The scheme is subject to receipt of other statutory and regulatory approvals, including from NCLT and shareholders • Copies of the observation letters are enclosed and available on the company's website
