• IRB Infrastructure Trust's step-down subsidiary, IRB InvIT, has acquired 100% equity share capital of Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited and CG Tollway Limited for INR 2,744 crore. • The target entities reported an aggregate turnover of INR 306.59 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026. • The deal is considered a related party transaction with an estimated enterprise value of INR 4,605 crore, including existing debt. • The acquisition is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026.
