• MH Supply Chain Limited ("MHSCL-US") incorporated on September 21, 2026, in Delaware, USA. • MHSCL-US is a wholly owned subsidiary of MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, UAE ("MHSCL"). • Samvardhana Motherson International Limited holds 51% shares of MHSCL. • The entity is established to offer world-class supply chain solutions to the automotive industry. • Initial subscribed share capital will be 1,000 shares of face value USD 0.01 per share.
