Company has availed a Secured Term Loan from ICICI Bank Limited, with a closing balance of ₹23.60 crores as of August 30, 2026. An amount of ₹23.60 crores, comprising the entire liability till the cut-off date, has been approved for payment to ICICI Bank. This payment is subject to approval from IL&FS Transportation & Networks Limited and IL&FS (New Board). The meeting commenced at 12:00 PM and concluded at 1:10 PM.
