AWFIS : EXPANDS PREMIUM WORKSPACE OFFERING WITH NEW DELHI ELITE CENTRE

• Awfis has launched a new centre under its premium workspace portfolio, Elite by Awfis, at Prestige Trade Centre, Aerocity, New Delhi. • The centre spans approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft. of chargeable area and is designed for global capability centres (GCCs) and enterprise occupiers. • Features include a Nexus Lounge, Biophilic Pods, purpose-built Meeting Rooms, and dedicated podcast rooms. • This launch is part of Awfis' premiumisation strategy, adding to its 37 premium centres across India. • The new centre is Awfis' ninth Elite centre, strengthening its premium, GCC-focused offering in key metros.
