• Received a work order for educational video content development and production services from a reputed domestic private limited company based in Bengaluru. • Services include AI, machine learning, banking, finance, and other skill-related courses. • The aggregate contract value is ~₹1.35 Cr (Rupees One Crore Thirty-Five Lakh only), exclusive of applicable GST. • The contract is to be executed up to March 31, 2027. • No promoter group companies have an interest in the awarding entity.
