• Company received three domestic purchase orders for woven shirting and finished fabrics • Orders aggregate approximately 1.975 million meters of fabric • Total aggregate base order value is approximately INR 295.13 Million to INR 301.73 Million, exclusive of applicable GST • Orders include poly-cotton, higher-cotton-content and other shirting/finished fabric specifications • Delivery requirements range between 60 and 120 days, with one order to be completed by January 5, 2027 • Payment terms are generally 60 to 90 days
