PC JEWELLER : ALLOTS 1.18 CR SHARES POST CONVERSION OF WARRANTS
• Allotted 1,18,52,500 equity shares upon conversion of warrants to Shri Balram Garg. • The conversion is post receipt of balance amount aggregating to ₹16,00,08,750/-. • New shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company. • Paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹977,13,94,855/- from ₹975,95,42,355/-.
