• The scheme of amalgamation of Pitti Industries Private Limited (PIPL) and Dakshin Foundry Private Limited (DFPL) with Pitti Engineering Limited (PEL) has become effective from September 23, 2026. • The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2026. • Form No. INC-28 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies for the amalgamation. • The authorised share capital of the company is now INR 196,89,25,000 divided into 39,37,85,000 equity shares of INR 5 each.
