Ltd. in Singapore. • The subsidiary will be engaged in wholesale trade, management consultancy services, and related activities in the clean energy industry. • PE Horizon Pte. Ltd. has been incorporated with a share capital of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of SGD 1 each, fully subscribed by Premier Energies Limited.
