JINDAL LEASEFIN LIMITED : WITHDRAWAL OF OPEN OFFER
• Jindal Leasefin Limited has announced the withdrawal of its open offer. • The open offer was made by M/s. Tirupati Agrotech Private Limited to acquire 7,82,314 equity shares representing 26% of total paid-up equity shares. • The withdrawal is due to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) not approving the proposed change in management, which was a condition for the acquisition of control. • The open offer is now withdrawn in terms of Regulation 23 of the SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011.
