ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED : ACQUIRES 30.83% STAKE IN TEXMACO INFRASTRUCTURE & HOLDINGS LTD
• Zuari Industries Limited acquired 1,28,10,900 equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited (TIHL). • The acquisition was completed on September 23, 2026, through a block deal on the National Stock Exchange. • The total consideration for the acquisition was approximately ₹147.96 Cr, inclusive of all charges and taxes. • Post-acquisition, Zuari Industries' shareholding in TIHL increased from 20.78% to 30.83%. • The acquisition was undertaken pursuant to Board approval for aggregating up to ₹150 Cr in TIHL.
