RENAISSANCE GLOBAL LTD. REJECTED FOR RECLASSIFICATION

• BSE and NSE rejected Renaissance Global Limited's (RGL) application to reclassify Mr. Amit Shah from 'Promoter' to 'Public' category. • The rejection is in accordance with Regulation 31(A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • BSE and NSE cited that Mr. Amit Chandrakant Shah, along with his immediate relatives, collectively hold more than ten percent of the total voting rights and exercise control over the affairs of the listed entity. • Copies of the rejection letters from BSE and NSE are attached as Annexure-1 and Annexure-2. Impact: Reclassification application rejected.
