• REL will merge with and into EIM, creating an integrated clean energy and electric mobility business. • Combined entity to be renamed 'Energy In Motion Limited'. • Merged entity will hold 100% stake in EIM Megaplex Limited, a SPV for battery-swapping stations and charging infrastructure.
