GO DIGIT GENERAL INSURANCE LIMITED: AMALGAMATION SCHEME APPROVED BY IRDAI
• The IRDAI has advised the Company to prepare and submit the Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 35 of the Insurance Act, 1938. • The Scheme has been updated to specifically include the reference of Section 35 of the Insurance Act, 1938, with no other changes or alterations to its essence or substance. • Scheme remains subject to statutory and regulatory approvals. Impact: Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Go Digit Infoworks Services Private Limited and the Transferee Company and their respective shareholders.
