HIKAL : APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR
• Shareholders approve Mr. Sameer Hiremath's appointment as Chairman & Managing Director for a five-year term effective October 1, 2026. • Appointment was approved at the company's 38th Annual General Meeting. • Shareholders also approved the audited financial statements for FY2025-26 and the final dividend of Rs. 0.40 per share. • Mr. Sameer Hiremath has been associated with Hikal's Board since May 1999. • The company recently commenced commercial production of Personal Care products at its new cGMP-compliant multipurpose facility at Panoli, Gujarat. • Hikal has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal rating.
