GMR AIRPORTS LIMITED : EXPANSION OF F&B OFFERINGS AT DELHI AIRPORT THROUGH SUBSIDIARY

• GMR Hospitality Limited (GHL), Indian subsidiary, emerged as selected bidder for F&B outlets at Delhi IGI Airport T3. • License agreement with Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) for initial period up to May 2036, extendable by 10 years. • License fee based on revenue share, with Minimum Monthly Guarantee and advertisement fees. • Estimated aggregate license fees: ~₹49 crore for FY26-27 and ~₹109 crore for FY27-28. • Transaction is a related party transaction on arm's length basis.
