LENSKART : FRENCH STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL 2.52% STAKE IN LE PETIT LUNETIER PARIS SAS
• NESO Brands Pte. Ltd. acquired an additional 2.52% stake in Le Petit Lunetier Paris SAS (LPL), a French eyewear brand. • This acquisition increases NESO's aggregate shareholding in LPL from 31.82% to 34.34%. • The acquisition strengthens Lenskart's brand portfolio strategy by investing in and scaling eyewear brands.
