GLOBAL EDUCATION LIMITED : PROPOSES BUY-BACK OF EQUITY SHARES WORTH ₹238.95 CR

• Board approved buy-back of up to 14,75,000 equity shares at ₹162 per share. • Buy-back size capped at ₹23,89,50,000, representing up to 2.8978% of paid-up equity share capital. • Promoters and promoter group will not participate in the buy-back. • The proposal requires approval from members via postal ballot and remote e-voting. • Voting period for postal ballot is from September 28 to October 27, 2026. • Buy-back size is within statutory limits of 25% of paid-up capital and free reserves.
