NAVA LIMITED ANNOUNCES COMMISSIONING OF 100 MW SOLAR PROJECT IN ZAMBIA; BEGINS POWER EVACUATION

• Nava Limited announced the commissioning of a 100 MW solar power plant by its step-down subsidiary, Maamba Solar Energy Limited (MSEL), Zambia. • Power evacuation from the plant to the Zambian grid has commenced. • MSEL has a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with ZESCO Limited, Zambia's national power utility. • This commissioning marks Nava Limited's entry into utility-scale renewable energy. • MSEL is 65% held by Nava Global (Nava Limited's international arm) and 35% by ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC.
