COCHIN SHIPYARD LIMITED : NETHERLANDS STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 23% EQUITY OF CONOSHIP INTERNATIONAL HOLDING B.V.
• Cochin Shipyard Limited executed the Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders' And Cooperation Agreement with the Shareholders of Conoship International Holding B.V. on September 24, 2026. • Conoship is a leading ship design and engineering company based in the Netherlands. • For the year ended December 31, 2024, Conoship reported a Group Turnover of 4 Million Euros (excluding intercompany adjustments) and a Group Net Profit (PAT) of 0.22 Million Euros. • CSL will acquire 23% equity shares of Conoship for a cash consideration of 2.30 Million Euros. • Clearance from the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has been obtained.
