GACM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED SIGNS MOU WITH AIML CLOUD GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) executed on September 24, 2026, for a strategic business arrangement. • AIML appointed as exclusive distributor of GACM's "FIRM TALK" software product in an agreed territory. • Gross Revenue from the Product to be shared equally (50:50) between GACM and AIML. • Minimum guaranteed sale of ₹15 crore over a 24-month term, subject to MOU terms. • MOU remains valid for 24 months from the effective date unless terminated earlier. • GACM retains exclusive ownership of the Product and its Intellectual Property Rights. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length.
