DR LAL PATHLABS: ACQUISITION OF 70% STAKE IN SN GENELAB PRIVATE LIMITED
• Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 70% stake in SN Genelab Private Limited ("SN Gene") from its existing Shareholders. • Post acquisition, SN Gene shall become a Subsidiary of the Company. • The acquisition is to strengthen the Company's expertise in genomics and broaden its portfolio of advanced diagnostic services. • The transaction will be completed by November 30, 2026. • Consideration is cash, up to INR 168 Crores plus performance linked earn out capped at INR 31.5 Crores for 70% stake. • SN Gene was incorporated on December 16, 2013, and is engaged in providing Diagnostics Genomics services.
