PRIMO CHEMICALS : DISCLOSES SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR HYDROGEN GAS

• Primo Chemicals Limited has executed a Supply Agreement for Hydrogen Gas with National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). • The agreement is for supplying Hydrogen Gas through a dedicated pipeline for a period of 5 years from the effective date. • The agreement can be further extended as per mutual agreement between Primo and NFL. • The details of the agreement are provided as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
