• The company has sold the residual part of the non-operational Dehradun plant situated at Village Chharba, New Khasra No. 64 to 67 & 74, Chharba Langha Road, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun 248197, Uttarakhand. • The agreement for sale was entered into on September 24, 2026, with an expected completion date of September 24, 2026. • The consideration received from the sale is Rs.4.5 Crore. • The buyers are Mrs. Avantika Saklani and Mr. Sureshchand Saklani, who are not related to the promoter group. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length. • Disclosures are in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
